Job description 1. Look after company transportation in good condition. Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, documents, and employees to designated locations. 2. Ensure all deliveries and pick-ups are completed on time as per the company’s schedule. 3. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure punctual deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption and travel time. 4. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is safe to drive. Check the vehicle’s oil, tires, lights, brakes, and other systems 5. Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, both inside and out, always. 6. Report any vehicle defects, malfunctions, or maintenance needs immediately to the fleet manager or relevant department. Arrange for repairs and servicing as necessary. 7. Monitor fuel levels, ensuring that the vehicle has sufficient fuel for the trip. Log fuel consumption and report any irregularities. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trips, deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance 9. Provide courteous and professional service to clients, suppliers, and employees during transportation or delivery duties 10. Flexible hours depending on the nature of deliveries or transportation schedules. May involve early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends 11. Need to support administrative job when needed. Relevant Experience/Skills Must hold a valid driver’s license for the relevant vehicle type (e.g., car, van, or truck). Must have Malaysia Passport(In and out Malaysia-Singapore-Malaysia) Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and locations (advantage if familiar road in Singapore)
