Job Summary: The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing IT solutions, and supporting cybersecurity and data management efforts. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management Maintain and manage computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Ensure timely updates, patches, and backups of IT systems. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide first-line support for IT-related issues across departments. Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware. Assist employees with IT-related queries and training when necessary. Cybersecurity & Data Protection Implement security measures to protect company data and systems. Monitor for potential security threats and resolve vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations. Software & Application Management Support the implementation and maintenance of business applications. Troubleshoot and optimize software performance. Coordinate with vendors for software upgrades and licensing. IT Project Coordination Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with business operations. Asset & Inventory Management Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, including computers, printers, and other devices. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of IT equipment. Reporting & Documentation Maintain IT logs, reports, and records of system incidents and resolutions. Document IT policies, procedures, and user guides for reference. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and network administration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices. Experience with cloud computing and enterprise applications is a plus.
