  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management Maintain and manage computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Ensure timely updates, patches, and backups of IT systems. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide first-line support for IT-related issues across departments. Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware. Assist employees with IT-related queries and training when necessary. Cybersecurity & Data Protection Implement security measures to protect company data and systems. Monitor for potential security threats and resolve vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations. Software & Application Management Support the implementation and maintenance of business applications. Troubleshoot and optimize software performance. Coordinate with vendors for software upgrades and licensing. IT Project Coordination Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with business operations. Asset & Inventory Management Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, including computers, printers, and other devices. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of IT equipment. Reporting & Documentation Maintain IT logs, reports, and records of system incidents and resolutions. Document IT policies, procedures, and user guides for reference. Experience with cloud computing and enterprise applications is a plus.
