A. RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Interprets customer' drawing, specification and requirements and offer cheapest solutions as well as value added for the customers 2 Compile /organize Bill of Materials (BOM) and utilizing existing in-house process knowledge to prepare quotation 3 Correlate all cost information within time frame of bid date needed by customers 4 Paying attention to detail to quote is important in this position 5 Work closely with all department to ensure that information provided are able to provide an accurate quotation to customer 6 Validates quotation with information provided by Engineering Team before submission to customer 7 Presents quotations to customers in a consistent format supplied by customers 8 Assist Engineering Team, Logistic Team, Materials Team and Production Team for first order or first purchase by providing the necessary information 9 Check inventory for EOL parts and declare to customers for liability claim 10 Submit weekly report to Sales Manager 11 Preparation of Monthly Presentation 12 Assist others in Sales Departments in preparation of quotations 13 Maintain good filing system for easy tracking 14 Other duties as and when assigned B. AUTHORITIES 1 NIL C. SKILLS REQUIRED 1 Good Communication Skill in English 2 Computer literate, competence in MS Software 3 Good leadership, confident and independent 4 Good analytical skills 5 Technical knowledge is an added advantage 6 Organizational and time management skills 7 Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, and works with a sense of urgency
