  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MULTI AXIS CNC WIRECUT EDM SPECIALIST • Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis Wirecut EDM machines. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications. • Utilize CAM software for programming. • Assess and prepare different types of metals and alloys for cutting. • Execute intricate profiles, cavities, and shapes. • Develop programs for 5-axis or multi-axis machining processes. • Coordinate Wirecut EDM with Sinker EDM processes when necessary. • Adjust settings to account for electrode degradation • Perform setup, alignment, and calibration for accuracy. • Maintain tight tolerances in complex parts. • Operate Wirecut EDM machines to produce high-precision components. • Choose appropriate wire electrodes based on material and job requirements. • Design and implement effective clamping and fixturing solutions. • Work with automated systems for higher productivity. • Assist in moving designs from prototype to full-scale manufacturing. • Develop efficient cutting paths to minimize material waste and increase productivity. Required Skills: The required skills for the position MULTI AXIS CNC WIRECUT EDM SPECIALIST are as follow: Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi axis CNC wirecut EDM Candidate must possess relevant education certification Ability to create and optimize Wirecut EDM programs using CAM software. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T. Ability to design and implement fixtures for complex parts. Knowledge of 4-axis, 5-axis, and simultaneous machining techniques. Diagnosing machining defects, wire breakages, and surface finish issues. Ensuring precision in machining and quality control.
