Job Title: Head of Airport Division – Partnership Director Job Overview: The Head of Airport Division – Partnership Director will be responsible for leading the Airport Partnership Unit, driving strategic partnerships, and developing innovative revenue programs. This role requires a strong business acumen to create, manage, and execute partnership strategies that maximize monetization opportunities and enhance airport passenger engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of creativity, business development expertise, and leadership skills to drive the division’s growth and contribute to the company’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1)Strategic Leadership & Business Development Develop and implement revenue-driven partnership programs to fulfill MAHB collaboration contracts and monetize opportunities. Drive innovation and continuous R&D to create new revenue-generating programs. Ensure successful onboarding and engagement of partners (internal airport tenants & external businesses). Build a strong partnership network to leverage the airport ecosystem. 2)Revenue Growth & Monetization Lead the development of commercial revenue models, including activation spaces, digital marketing campaigns, e-vouchers, and O2O kiosks. Establish transaction-based partnerships with MAHB tenants and non-MAHB subsidiaries. Achieve revenue targets by securing sponsorships from brands, businesses, and government entities. Drive key revenue KPIs such as product earnings, partnership revenue, and airport passenger traffic capture. 3)Traffic Acquisition & Engagement Programs Develop and execute digital and offline engagement initiatives to capture airport passenger traffic. Leverage digital marketing, site activations, and loyalty programs (e.g., 360 Flight Club, VIP Flight Club) to enhance passenger experience and drive sales. Optimize the effectiveness of marketing channels such as N3 and YYT. 4)Team Leadership & Operational Excellence Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the Partnership Department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and business development to drive project success. Establish structured reporting metrics to track revenue, partnership success, and margin performance. Ensure compliance with airport authority regulations and industry best practices. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles, preferably within the airport, retail, or hospitality industries. - Strong track record in revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and commercial deal-making. - Experience in creative campaign development, digital marketing, and sponsorship acquisition. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic approach to problem-solving. - Familiarity with airport operations, MAHB ecosystem, and commercial aviation industry is a plus.
