SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

ROLE Financial Reporting • Work with Finance Manager to close and finalise management and statutory accounts. • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary for matters relating to annual statutory audit and tax returns. • Ad-hoc requests to extract data and present information in various forms such as reports or presentation slides. ERP System • Key user and main point-of-contact for staff across all modules. • Communicate with other users and assist them in the usage of ERP system. Financial Module • Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial data through reconciliation to external sources and reports. • Close financial modules on monthly basis and present monthly profit & loss to management. Manufacturing/Inventory Module • Periodically set overhead/labour rates to minimise cost variances. • Review inventory and manufacturing entries to ensure accuracy of inventory quantity and cost. • Maintain item prices and costing data. Others • Perform credit checks on customers and propose appropriate credit limits after assessing their financial position. • Close financial accounts for two semi-active retail entities on quarterly and yearly basis for annual audit and SG GST filing.
