Job Responsibilities: • Receiving and processing the ZB transaction – ZB1 (Import), ZB1 (Export), and other Free Zone applications under the Free Zone Act 1990 and Free Zone Regulation 1991 (if any). • To monitor the submission of stock reports by every tenant in PKFZ and send them to the Free Zone Manager on a monthly basis. • To carry out shift work in manning the ZB counter, especially related to container movement and ZB1 composite declaration at direct access. • To monitor and attend to the disposal activity in PKFZ if there is any requirement and request from the tenant and liaise with other government agencies and customs on this matter. • To prepare statistics reports for ZB1 (Import), ZB1 (Export), and other Free Zone approvals (if any) on a monthly basis to competent government authorities and the Free Zone Manager. • To support other units in the Free Zone Department when the need arises especially pass units. • To carry out any task/duty requested by the Free Zone Manager from time to time. Requirements: • Degree in any field. • At least 3 years experience in the Port system. • Having a knowledge about the Free Zone Management System (FZMS) is an advantage. • Independent, meticulous, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines when required. • Ability to multi-task, meticulous eye for detail and work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team. • MUST be able to work fast under pressure and have good discipline. • Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office application. • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken. • Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor
