The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll execution, compliance with labor laws, and smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: 1. Process monthly payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and benefits. 2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, etc.). 3. Maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leave, and overtime. 4. Generate payroll reports and resolve discrepancies. 5. Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement. Administrative Support: 1. Manage office supplies, facilities, and maintenance. 2. Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. 3. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. 4. Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with company procedures. 5. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government agencies when needed. Requirements: - Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 1 years of experience. - Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., UBS Access) and MS Office. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
