  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

DIAMOND OIL & FATS PRODUCTS SDN BHD. seeks a PRECISION MOULD & TOOLING ENGINEER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop new moulding technologies, automation solutions, and advanced tooling techniques. • Oversee the fabrication and modification of precision tools and moulds. • Designing precision moulds, dies, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing palm oil machinery parts. • Specializes in die design for aluminium, zinc, or magnesium casting • Develops progressive stamping dies for high-speed metal forming. • Program and operate CNC, EDM, and wire-cut machines for precision tooling production. • Optimize cutting parameters, surface finishing, and tolerances for high-pressure hydraulic components, pumps, and valves used in oil refining. • Implement heat treatment and coating techniques for wear-resistant tooling. • Develop cost-effective tooling solutions to minimize production downtime and scrap rates. • Develop progressive dies, extrusion moulds, and injection moulds for specialized oil filtration and processing equipment. • Use CMM, hardness testers, and micrometres for precision verification. • Troubleshoot defects in moulded parts and recommend modifications to improve durability and accuracy. • Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards for precision machining and tool manufacturing • Maintain detailed documentation of tooling modifications, repair history, and CAD drawings for future reference. • Ensure all moulding and tooling operations comply with food safety regulations
