Job Responsibilities: HR Administration: Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, training, and benefit enrollment. Maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assist with employee performance management, including scheduling performance reviews and tracking performance metrics. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing reports. Handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate office supplies and equipment needs, maintaining inventory and ordering replacements. Assist with event planning and execution, including arranging venues, catering, and invitations. Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external parties to ensure smooth operation of HR processes. Draft and distribute internal communications, such as memos, emails, and announcements. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
