- Handle full sets of accounts efficiently:
- ensure accurate and timely handling of daily accounting transactions including but not limited to AP, AR, GL, PO, petty cash, bank reconciliation.
- maintaining intercompany accounts by verifying and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- manage and ensure proper filing and documentation.
- summarizing financial status, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
- Handle monthly payroll task
- Liaise with external parties (auditors, bankers, and tax agents)
- Minimum diploma or degree in Accountancy
- Preferably with relevant working experience in housing development and construction industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting Software) and Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, & Words)
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Required language(s): English, Malay & Mandarin
