• Handle with all related of Accounts Receivable and Account Payable matters • Handle with all related of Journals, Cash Book and Petty Cash. • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, filing and general accounting in SQL system • Handle reconciliations of accounts including banks, suppliers and customers • Handle in Sales Graph, Ameoba Report, Cash Flow Budget and variance analysis • Handle in calculating of Sale Incentive • Handle in maintaining Fixed Assets • Checking Staff Claims • Report Departmental expenses • Administrative and other ad-hoc duties • Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities such as BG, LC, and loan applications. Desired Skills and competency requirements: • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa. • Hands-on experience with SQL • Able to handle SQL accounting system • Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel / Word) Desired qualifications and experience: • At least a Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent • At least 3 years’ experience in preparing a full set of account • Proficient in computer application software • A self-motivated team player and able to work under minimum supervision • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
