  • Manage and assist in daily operations in the center, liaising with patients & practitioners for appointments and follow-up bookings in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Handle bookings of appointments on the company’s software system & other channels of appointment booking where necessary
  • Assist in all means of communication (calls, Whatsapp/SMS, email) to & from the patient.
  • Answer phone calls and assist in patients’ needs and requests for booking or canceling appointments
  • Respond to emails, complaints, inquiries, and comments left on the company’s Facebook pages in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Manage general functions including preparing tax invoices, payment processing, and filing documents for daily sales.
  • Responsible for overall documentation of credit card /online sales accounts
  • Submit report on a daily, weekly (or) monthly basis to Head of Human Resource and Finance.
  • Assist in recording video content for company social media accounts
  • Monitor and assist in basic requirements of Clinic’s operations eg: inventory, stationary, etc
  • Assist in accounting duties whenever the need arises
  • Attend and complete all other assigned tasks given accordingly by management.
  • Experience in Front Desk & General Administrative Work /Customer Service, an added advantage in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient In Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Professional phone demeanour and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to connect with patients and consistently give them a positive customer experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task.
  • Skilled in creating and editing video content
  • Knowledge of basic accounts will be an added advantage.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday (Alternate monthly) 9.00 am to 7.00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

    Public Holiday Work (except 25th Dec & 1st Jan) with 3 times daily salary
