  • Responsible for individual Key Account business plans, performances, ROI, forecasts and distribution targets.

  • Maintain and develop relationships across all functions and levels internally and externally including assigned Key Accounts, marketing, sales promoters, logistics and finance.
  • Successful negotiate process for favourable trading terms on price, service and profitability.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor and review progress with ROI in line with agreed objectives.
  • Ensuring the availability of market intelligence and tracking of competitor pricing and strategies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities along with new customers.
  • Conduct or coordinate product training to internal and external parties.
  • Planning and executing on daily coverage based on monthly plan.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing key client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client pain points.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
