Position Summary: Project Account Executive – Event/ Mall Décor

    Key Responsibilities1) Client & Account Management

    • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
    • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans with creative solutions.
    • Build strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.

      2) Project Coordination & Execution

      • Oversee end-to-end project execution, from concept development to final installation.
      • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate production, logistics, and execution.
      • Monitor project progress, proactively address challenges, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

        3) Creative Ideation & Market Trend Application

        • Propose innovative and trend-driven concepts that align with client needs and elevate creative standards.
        • Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behavior, and global design influences.
        • Challenge conventional norms to create memorable, trend-setting executions.

          4) Operations & Logistics Management

          • Ensure all materials, decorations, and installations are prepared according to project specifications.
          • Maintain clear documentation of inventory, project timelines, and client feedback.
          • Conduct on-site visits when required to oversee installation and ensure high visual impact and quality control.

            5) Business & Process Optimization

            • Identify areas for workflow improvements to enhance efficiency in project execution and client servicing.
            • Provide insights and recommendations to elevate service quality and creative effectiveness.

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Design, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or event management (fresh graduates with strong creative thinking and project management skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of design trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for creative innovation and impactful execution.
  • Prior experience in events, retail decoration, creative production, or project-based industries is a bonus.
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with flexibility for additional hours based on project requirements)
