- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or event management (fresh graduates with strong creative thinking and project management skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of design trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and problem-solve under pressure.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for creative innovation and impactful execution.
- Prior experience in events, retail decoration, creative production, or project-based industries is a bonus.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with flexibility for additional hours based on project requirements)
