- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle documentation and compliance processes.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work extra hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
- Preferable Mandarin Speaking Candidate
