Key Responsibilities:

Develop and post job advertisements on various job portals, social media, and company platforms. Screen, review, and shortlist resumes to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role. Handle recruitment documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials. Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Collaborate with different departments to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires. Stay updated on industry trends, hiring best practices, and recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines. High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling candidate information.
