
Personal Assistant
We are looking for a competent and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will manage daily tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth operations in both professional and personal matters. Responsibilities:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong management skills and the ability to solve problems quickly based on the environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work beyond office hours if required.
- A valid driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
- Willing to work outside the office for work-related assignments.
