We are looking for a competent and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will manage daily tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth operations in both professional and personal matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by planning and managing calendars, meetings, appointments, events, research, and travel arrangements.
  • Filter general information, inquiries, phone calls, invitations, and incoming emails, and prepare correspondence such as emails, letters, and official documents, often acting on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist in research, follow-ups, and timely resolution of outstanding matters.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes and materials.
  • Ensure work identity and tasks remain confidential.
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Perform special assignments, ad-hoc event tasks, and related duties as assigned by the employer or management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
  • Assist in corporate and personal event planning and coordination.
  • Ensure timely reminders for important personal or professional events.
  • Assist in managing business or personal projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making purposes.

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong management skills and the ability to solve problems quickly based on the environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work beyond office hours if required.
  • A valid driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
  • Willing to work outside the office for work-related assignments.
