- Routine Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent performance.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Quickly identify and resolve technical problems with packaging machinery, minimizing production delays and maintaining output quality.
- Production Line Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of production lines by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to increase productivity.

- Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience working with food packaging machinery.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with packaging machines (automatic, filling, sealing, labeling, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills for packaging equipment.
- Familiarity with PLCs, electrical control systems, and automation processes.
- Ability to optimize production equipment for efficiency and quality.
- Maintenance: Regularly perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Working Hours: Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime if required.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience working with food packaging machinery.
