Job Summary: Executive, Sales and Travel Operations will be responsible for driving online and offline sales, creating and enhancing travel products and packages that meet market demand and ensuring seamless experiences and exceptional customer service. This role involves researching trends, collaborating with suppliers, and designing unique travel experiences to attract clients and drive sales, as well as managing e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized communication and promotions.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored travel solutions and recommendations.
  • Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for clients.
  • Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and local transport services, to secure the best rates and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings in the travel industry.
  • Product Design: Develop innovative travel packages and products that cater to various customer segments, ensuring a mix of unique experiences, quality services, and competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
