Qualifications1. Executive Assistance & Scheduling
- Act as the Personal Assistant to the Executive Director, providing full administrative and personal support.
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and business trips.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on key action points.
- Accompany the Executive Director to meetings, events, and networking functions when required.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Hiring & Recruitment Support
- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Liaise with external recruiters, job agencies, and potential hires.
- Maintain an organized database of applicants, resumes, and hiring documentation.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
3. Office Administration & Miscellaneous Tasks
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and replenished as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and email correspondence.
- Assist with basic financial documentation, expense tracking, and invoice handling.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and operational.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
