Job Position

  • Company Secretarial Assistant
  • TCT Management Services PLT is looking for a passionate Company Secretarial Assistant to assist the secretarial team in all aspects of secretarial duties and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements by maintaining statutory books and records and a proper filing system for secretarial documents.

Job Description

  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and file daily documents.
  • Assist in maintaining statutory records.
  • Support the company secretary on the full range of company secretarial functions.
  • Assist in preparing statutory forms, annual returns, and all other forms in accordance with the Companies Act 2016 for submission under the guidance of the Company Secretary.
  • Liaise with auditors, Companies Commission of Malaysia, and other authorities in connection with company secretarial matters.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required related to the duties of company work.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Bachelor of Administration.
  • Candidates currently pursuing ICSA course.
  • With or without experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must be willing to learn and able to work independently.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel when required for work.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good communication in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
