Job Description:

SSRV (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Protege – HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while developing essential skills for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and conducting inductions.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support HR engagement initiatives and company events.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in handling HR documentation, letters, and memos.

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Help track attendance and leave records.
  • Support the HR team in payroll-related tasks and claims processing.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure HR processes align with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.

Requirements:

Malaysian citizen, fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Able to commit to the full duration of the Protege program.
