We are looking for a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as an Admin Cum Marketing Executive. This dual-role position combines administrative support with marketing activities, helping the company run smoothly while also contributing to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing strategies.

Administrative Duties:

Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and correspondence.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize meetings, appointments, and events. Manage executive calendars and ensure timely follow-ups.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain and update databases, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the team or management.
Communication: Handle internal and external communication, including responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and manage itineraries for executives or team members when necessary.

Marketing Duties:

Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., digital marketing, print, email).
Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and blog posts to enhance brand visibility.
Event Coordination: Help in organizing promotional events, webinars, or product launches.
Branding and Communication: Assist in developing consistent branding and communication strategies across all marketing channels.
Reporting: Track marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and assist in analyzing results to optimize future strategies.
