  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting for property development and project operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and SST.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for projects.
  • Handle project costing, cash flow management, and progress claims.
  • Work closely with project managers, auditors, and finance teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

Member of **MIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional body**.

At least **3–5 years of experience** in property development or project accounting.

Strong knowledge of **financial reporting standards, taxation, and SST**.

Experience with **accounting software** (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

**Preferred candidates**: Those with experience in property development or construction industry accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,276.50 per month
