Tasks

  • As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for project coordination and inside sales of product safety, reliability and compliance services for Commercial Industrial and Energy Products (IEP) and Electrical & Electronics (ENE) business lines of the Product Services Division in Malaysia.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of contact on order-related activities, ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including commercial processes, project execution, and compliance.
  • Identify customer needs, promote TÜV SÜD portfolio of services, and develop compelling value propositions to drive deal closures.
  • Support management in evaluating and refining pricing strategies for various product portfolios to enhance profitability.
  • Manage the customer journey from acquisition to after-sales, ensuring high service quality and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to drive lead generation initiatives and expand market reach.
  • Handle inside sales, generate accurate quotations, track project progress, and escalate qualified opportunities to the sales team


Qualifications

  • Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management or any other fields with at least 2 years of project coordination, sales support, or inside sales experience in B2B environment, preferably in an international organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all levels of staff
  • Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
  • Experience and knowledge in Industrial, Energy, Electrical & Electronics products would be advantageous
  • Strong clarity of thoughts with the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion
  • Proficiency in CRM tools e.g. SAP and database management
  • Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a can-do attitude
