About the role :-

Exciting opportunity for position Admin (TikTok) to join the dynamic team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD' in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As an Admin (TikTok), you will be responsible for processing the company's TikTok order transaction. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to play a key role in the company's growth and digital marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing :-

  • To check any kind of order transaction in Tiktok platform including order to process, pending order, or any problems order due to late shipment
  • Create engaging and visually appealing TikTok content, including videos, graphics and captions
  • Monitor TikTok analytics and work with team to handle customer's order successfully
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok campaigns with other digital and marketing initiatives
  • Respond to comments, reviews and messages from customer in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, best practices and platform updates

What we're looking for :-

  • Familiarity with social media (tiktok) platform and willing handle tiktok's order.
