Duties
1. Software Troubleshooting:
- Respond to user inquiries and issues related to software applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs and glitches as per SLA
2. User Assistance:
- Assist end-users in understanding and utilizing software applications effectively.
- Provide training and create user guides for software functionalities.
- Offer remote or in-person support to address user queries and concerns as per SLA.
3. Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on software issues, resolutions, and user interactions.
- Excellent planning skills, with the ability to organize and schedule work tasks effectively.
- Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service for users.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the development team to escalate complex issues and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation support to achieve all the SLA commitments and requirements.
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of user information and sensitive company data.
Experience
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma’s degree in Information Technology or a related filed / SPM minimum 1 years CS experience.
- Proven experience in providing software support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices in software support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Required language(s): Proficient in Mandarin and English. (Speak, Read & Write)
- Have basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Related work experience in Customer Service field/IT Support will be an advantage.
- Possess the right attitude with willingness and humility to learn.
- 6 days’ work week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
