Duties

1. Software Troubleshooting:

  • Respond to user inquiries and issues related to software applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs and glitches as per SLA

2. User Assistance:

  • Assist end-users in understanding and utilizing software applications effectively.
  • Provide training and create user guides for software functionalities.
  • Offer remote or in-person support to address user queries and concerns as per SLA.

3. Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on software issues, resolutions, and user interactions.
  • Excellent planning skills, with the ability to organize and schedule work tasks effectively.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service for users.

4. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the development team to escalate complex issues and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation support to achieve all the SLA commitments and requirements.
  • Ensuring the security and confidentiality of user information and sensitive company data.

Experience

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma’s degree in Information Technology or a related filed / SPM minimum 1 years CS experience.
  • Proven experience in providing software support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices in software support.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Required language(s): Proficient in Mandarin and English. (Speak, Read & Write)
  • Have basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Related work experience in Customer Service field/IT Support will be an advantage.
  • Possess the right attitude with willingness and humility to learn.
  • 6 days’ work week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
