ADMIN ASSISTANT - E-STORE
Job Description
1. Manage and update the online shop platform, ensuring all product information, prices, and images are accurate and up to date.
2. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels, such as email, live chat, and social media.
3. Process and fulfil customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate shipment tracking.
4. Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and ensure products are available for sale.
5. Analyse website traffic and sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the online shopping experience.
6. Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement
Minimum Education: SPM or Diploma
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Know how to use computer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
