Job Description

We are looking for multi-national SEO Specialist to join our company!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for improved search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement necessary changes.
  • Create and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new and existing content.
  • Research and implement local SEO strategies where applicable.
  • Report on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Implement structured data and schema markup for enhanced search visibility.
  • Develop and execute international SEO strategies, including hreflang implementation and localized keyword optimization.
  • Optimize for voice search, featured snippets, and other SERP enhancements.
  • Enhance mobile SEO strategies to improve rankings and user experience on mobile devices.
  • Conduct performance analysis and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with paid search teams to create a cohesive search marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Experience with keyword research and content optimization.
  • Understanding of technical SEO aspects such as crawlability, indexation, and site architecture.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento is a plus.
  • Knowledge of international SEO strategies is an advantage.
  • Experience optimizing travel industry websites, including knowledge of travel-related search trends and seasonal demand fluctuations.
  • Understanding of SEO for online travel agencies (OTAs), meta-search engines, and direct booking platforms.
  • Experience with API-based integrations for travel data and search engine visibility.
  • Ability to leverage user-generated content (UGC) for SEO benefits, including reviews, testimonials, and forum discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-related courses.
  • Experience working with e-commerce, travel, or multilingual websites.
  • Background in digital marketing for the travel industry, including working knowledge of airline, hotel, and transportation search trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
