ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Administer performance management programs, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
- Plan and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration structures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Other duties which are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources only.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
