ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer performance management programs, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
  • Plan and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration structures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Other duties which are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources only.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
