  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our team at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate must be fit, able to communicate effectively, and strong in administration. This role requires working closely with internal departments and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities such as DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) and BOMBA (Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia).
  • Coordinate safety training and awareness programs for staff.
  • Maintain safety records and reports.
  • Assist in incident investigations and recommend preventive measures.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • OSH certification (e.g., NIOSH OSH Coordinator Certificate) is an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Malaysian citizen.
