Key Roles 1. Manage client accounts (existing or new) in the most efficient way to generate sales for the business in meeting allocated sales target by researching business opportunities; setting up meetings, pre/post sales activities, attending conferences, tradeshows, networking and corporate events whenever required. 2. For newly secured accounts / existing accounts, must build and maintain strong relationships with the clients whilst to handle customers’ problems, queries and whatever assistance needed at all times (available even after working hours if needed) in fostering customers relationship, trust and loyalty towards CoherentPlus. 3. To drive sales of products, solutions and services to potential customers in meeting the company’s sales target. 4. To provide education of CoherentPlus product & solutions through technical presentations, pre & post sales activities, marketing event etc Personnel Management 1. Responsible for sales/revenue & account management of clients and backup to Sales Director in key sales activities and tasks. 2. Assist sales team members to develop and enhance their ability to close sales, assign projects and monitor performance. Under situation whereby sales team is not meeting sales goals, the Senior Account Manager to provide guidance & step to the team members to handle the account/project. 3. To observe & analyse competitive intelligence and market trends & threats whilst working closely with Sales Director, CEO and CoherentPlus Group Marketing team to strategically align customer accounts’ expectation, deliverables and requirement from time to time. Industry-Specific Knowledge 1. To become a product expert in all CoherentPlus product range by minimal training/ guidance while to study all product offerings via available web resources and guidance from peers within/ other department. 2. Must stay current on the latest developments & competitors offerings/ threats in the market, and stay ahead of the competition, such as market conditions and innovations. 3. Must have in-depth knowledge on CoherentPlus product offerings, including CoherentPlus’s mission statement, corporate initiatives and goals. Based on all information, they should make recommendations to clients based on their individual needs in accordance to CoherentPlus’s standards and terms. Customer Service 1. Equipped with customer-oriented attitude is a MUST. 2. Must specifically understand clients’ needs and address them in the most concise way possible by keep a clear line of communication open with the customers to ensure their satisfaction, and anticipate any problems that may arise. 3. For any foreseen/ unforeseen issues arise, escalation to appropriate HOD/ Department to come up with a prompt and efficient problem resolution within the committed SLA timeline. Administrative Duties 1. Responsible for a multitude of administrative duties, such as keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history and other pertinent details via Sales Tracking Sheet on consistent basis. 2. Must work closely with Sales Director/ CEO to calculate projected sales and make up budgets and objectives for the sales department. 3. To manage, maintain, and provide reports, forecasting and opportunity status updates including sales data for each individual employee, client, territory and/or company by reference to Sales Tracking Sheet on consistent basis. 4. To manage AR collection for the all key accounts in ensuring timely AR collection within due date. 5. Project Management with all internal stakeholders on related sales project from initial till closure stage in ensuring all project deliverables are fulfilled in a structured and timely manner. 6. Legal & Commercial Contract management for the relevant sales project with close liaison with CoherentPlus Group Legal & Finance. 7. Manage Customer Visits, Coordinate Customer Management, Campaign Management, Review Customer from time to time. 8. Any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the CEO from time to time.
