  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base

  • Advanced diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the technology or HR solutions industry
  • Strong understanding of the HCM solutions market and related technologies.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Aggressive, result oriented and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated starter with a proven sales record.
  • Resourceful and creative with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin or English and possess good analytical and written skills.
