- Advanced diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the technology or HR solutions industry
- Strong understanding of the HCM solutions market and related technologies.
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Aggressive, result oriented and able to work independently
- Self-motivated starter with a proven sales record.
- Resourceful and creative with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin or English and possess good analytical and written skills.
- Possesses own transport and is willing to travel
