Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace platform(s) representatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for account-related queries and issues.
• Negotiate terms, promotions, and agreements with marketplace platform(s) representatives.

Campaign Planning and Execution
• Plan and execute promotional activities, including sales events, discounts, and ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business goals.
• Measure the effectiveness of promotions and optimize for future campaigns.

Performance Analysis
• Monitor account performance (e.g., sales data, traffic, conversion rates).
• Track KPIs such as revenue growth, product rankings, and customer reviews.
• Analyze trends and provide insights to improve account performance.

Product Listings Management
• Ensure all product listings are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with the team for updated images, descriptions, and specifications.
• Monitor stock availability and update inventory levels on platforms.

Pricing and Competitor Analysis
• Set and adjust product pricing to remain competitive and profitable.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

Cross-functional Coordination
• Work with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues related to order delays, returns, or complaints.

Reporting
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, platform metrics, and account activity.
• Present data-driven recommendations to management for strategy adjustments.

Requirements:
• A diploma / bachelor’s degree in business / marketing / communication field with 1-2 years of experience. Experience in the e-commerce industry would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Highly ambitious and self-motivated individual. Driven by results.
• Proven track record in managing online marketplaces accounts, developing and executing sales strategies.
• Good communication skills in written, verbal and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy.
• Excellent communications skills in both written and verbal English, Chinese, Malay. Able to work in team.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
• Creativity, innovation and Strong analytical skills.
