  • Monthly and Yearly Financial Closing: According to relevant the group's unified standards, to complete the FI monthly and yearly closing for the assigned G/L shared companies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monthly Operational Reporting and Risk Management: Submit monthly operational reports according to the operational rhythm, provide detailed analysis of the subjects of the companies under responsibility, issue risk warnings, collaborate with other departments, and continuously manage discrepancies to ensure that the accounting of each company complies with relevant regulations.
  • Accounting Process Improvement: Based on the needs of the business process, add, improve, and revise the accounting manual, and optimize relevant processes.
  • HFM and Automatic PBC Report Preparation: In accordance with group requirements, complete the preparation of HFM reports and automatic PBC reports for responsible legal entities.
  • Quarterly and Annual PBC Preparation and Audit Support: Prepare quarterly and annual PBCs, support the annual audit by providing audit materials, and ensure that all related issues identified by the audit are resolved.
  • Guidance to AP/AR Teams: Provide guidance to the AP/AR team of responsible companies and offer constructive suggestions for improvement.
  • Assistance in Managing Intercompany Differences: Assist the intercompany team in resolving intercompany differences for responsible companies.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in a finance related major; possesses solid financial knowledge; holds a junior or higher-level professional accounting certification.
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience, capable of identifying and resolving daily accounting issues, proactively seeking solutions, and ensuring closed-loop follow-through.
  • Personality Traits: Strong communication skills, continuous learning ability, innovative thinking, excellent teamwork spirit, capacity to handle routine work pressure, and high stability.
  • Languages: Fluent English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus and will be prioritized.
  • Skills: Familiar with financial ERP systems, proficient in SAP/expense management systems; prior experience in project management and team leadership is preferred.
  • Salary: RM 5,000 - RM 12,000 (based on experience and skills).
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with meal break. From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: work in office; 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: Work from home (including commute time).
