Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager | 5 days | Up to MYR10,000 | JBCC, JB town Position: Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager / Manager Salary: Up to MYR10,000 Company: Corporate Service Provider Working location: JBCC Office Tower Working day Mon - Fri Working hours 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities: • Appointed as a Licensed Corporate Secretary for the internal company and provide timely Corporate Secretarial advice and functions for the company’s clients. • Ensure all corporate secretarial duties including company incorporation, annual filing, striking-off, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions, share allotment and/or share transfers and amendments to the company constitution for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients • are in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements by SSM. • Handle and organize the Client’s Annual General Meeting. • Maintain a good relationship with clients and attend to clients’ inquiries on Corporate Secretarial engagement matters. • Manage the internal department to ensure smooth operations across all departments within the company. • Maintain proper records of statutory documents and update them accordingly. • Oversee and provide guidance on subordinates’ job duties. • Reporting to Management.
Job Requirements: • Min Degree Holder in relevant disciplines • Candidate with ICSA or an equivalent qualification or be a member of MAICSA preferrable • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Corporate Secretary in corporate secretarial industry. • Able to handle all aspects of Corporate Secretarial duties. • Well-versed with Companies Act 2016, relevant corporate governance and other statutory requirements. • High degree of integrity, strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal skills in managing clients and team members. • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills. • Strong capability to manage priorities, deadlines and frequent changes.
