We , Stag Match, are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile individual to manage accounting, administrative, and client coordination tasks within our education-focused organization. This role requires a proactive and responsible professional with strong accounting and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Finance:
  • Manage full set accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable (AR), GST, and tax.
  • Generate and manage client invoices, ensuring timely payment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
  • Process payroll and prepare monthly account reports.
  • Experience with Singapore company accounting procedures.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Interact and coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders on business and administrative matters.
  • Respond to inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Administration & Operations:
  • Manage administrative documentation and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Organize and schedule meetings.
  • Assist with the documentation and submission of reports to management.
  • Coordinate grant applications and submissions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the functional team on daily tasks.
  • Support functional teams on daily operational tasks.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of one year of related working experience.
  • Experience with full set accounting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Singapore company accounting procedures is highly preferred.
  • Experience with WSG/Government administrative processes is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and general management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude.
  • Must have some accounting experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Mature, responsible, and independent.
