  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and results-driven Operations Lead/ Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of various operational activities. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring high standards of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage operations teams, ensuring efficient daily operations.

* Implement and optimize operational processes to improve workflow, productivity, and quality.

* Coordinate with Client, Workers and Suppliers

* Monitor and analyse site performance to identify areas for improvement.

* Monitor inventory, equipment, and resources, ensuring proper utilization.

* Handle operational issue and time to time reporting to HQ.

* Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

* Support reports on operational performance, recommending improvements to management.

* Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to track progress and resolve concerns.

Qualifications:

* Diploma, Operations Management, or a related field (building management) Or STPM/SPM leaver.

* Experience in an operations or supervisory role will be added advantage.

* Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
