Job Description:
- Responsible for purchasing materials or service for the company.
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
- Expediting, coordinating and scheduling material purchase orders based on demand.
- Monitor delivery commitment from supplier to ensure on-time delivery and continuity of supply.
- Manage & control stock levels at appropriate levels.
- Monitor the ECO roll in plan to minimize the potential exposure.
- Resolves discrepancies and issues in invoices and purchase orders.
- Work with supplier on material reject return and replacement upon the justification from Manufacturing and Quality Engineer justification and dimension detail report.
- Conducts supplier performance review in monthly basis to assess their service.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2years of experience and required industry experience.
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Possesses the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Demonstrates accountability, professional integrity, and attention to detail while managing tight deadlines and multitasking.
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a strategic mindse
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
