  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for purchasing materials or service for the company.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Expediting, coordinating and scheduling material purchase orders based on demand.
  • Monitor delivery commitment from supplier to ensure on-time delivery and continuity of supply.
  • Manage & control stock levels at appropriate levels.
  • Monitor the ECO roll in plan to minimize the potential exposure.
  • Resolves discrepancies and issues in invoices and purchase orders.
  • Work with supplier on material reject return and replacement upon the justification from Manufacturing and Quality Engineer justification and dimension detail report.
  • Conducts supplier performance review in monthly basis to assess their service.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2years of experience and required industry experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Possesses the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrates accountability, professional integrity, and attention to detail while managing tight deadlines and multitasking.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a strategic mindse

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
