  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :-
Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and conduct regular security audits.
Technical Support: Supervise IT support services, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate new products or services.
Policy Development: Create and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement long-term IT strategies that support business growth.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Authority :-
Approve IT budgets and expenditures within defined limits.
Make decisions on technology purchases and vendor contracts.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and evaluate the performance of IT staff.
Enforce IT policies and recommend disciplinary actions for policy breaches.

Working Condition :-
Office environment with occasional travel to other company sites or data centers.
Flexibility to work after hours or on weekends for system upgrades, emergencies, or maintenance.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-
System uptime and network reliability.
Timely resolution of technical issues and helpdesk requests.
Successful completion of IT projects within budget and schedule.
Employee satisfaction with IT services and support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
