Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions, develop policies, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Manage recruitment and integration of foreign workers, ensuring legal compliance and resolving issues.
  • Supervise payroll for accuracy and compliance, addressing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Lead HR System integration, staff training, and ensure data integrity.
  • Foster a positive work environment, address grievances, and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Identify training needs, develop programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Manage performance appraisals, provide coaching, and oversee improvement plans.
  • Maintain HR metrics and reports, use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager with at least 8 years at a managerial level in the Manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of Labour law, payroll and HR best practices.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly Workday.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM96,000.00 - RM120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
