Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

- Oversee compensation structures, performance-based incentives, and benefits
administration.
- Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting and appraisals.
- Lead change management efforts to support business transformation.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Optimize HR systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting to inform decision-making.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s
preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (exp; Quarto System, Oracle) payroll system and data analytics.
- Experience in plantation and manufacturing industries are preferred.
