Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

  • Lead change management efforts to support business transformation.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Optimize HR systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Utilize HR analytics and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s

preferred).

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (exp; Quarto System, Oracle) payroll system and data analytics.
  • Experience in plantation and manufacturing industries are preferred.

Pay: RM7,804.02 - RM10,709.52 per month
