Technical Support Customer Service
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support Customer Service Representative with knowledge or experience in air-conditioning, home appliances, or electronic systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using computers and office applications. This role involves assisting customers with technical inquiries, product troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for air-conditioning units, home appliances, and other electronic systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product issues and technical concerns.
- Guide customers through installation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Assist with warranty claims, service requests, and product replacements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in air-conditioning, home appliances, or electronics systems is required.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, and other office applications.
- Ability to use computer systems efficiently for data entry, reports, and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Familiarity with warranty processes and product documentation.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety procedures.
