  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Recruitment consultants are responsible for identifying and securing qualified candidates for job openings by building relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, creating recruitment strategies, screening applicants, matching them with suitable positions and managing the hiring process until candidates are placed, often requiring strong communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree Holder
  • Self Motivated.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment (preferably from a Recruitment Agency)
  • Able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English
  • Able to work individually as well as a team player

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate interactions.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, role, and expectations.
  • Collect feedback from both clients and candidates post-interview.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates.
  • Prepare and extend job offers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
