Job Description:
Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in our kitchen. You will work under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Cooking:
- Cook menu items as directed by the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure dishes are presented beautifully and adhere to restaurant plating standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Report any shortages or quality issues to the Chef de Partie.
- Kitchen Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Menu Development:
- Contribute ideas for menu development and special dishes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
