Job Description:
Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in our kitchen. You will work under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation:
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
  • Cooking:
  • Cook menu items as directed by the Chef de Partie.
  • Ensure dishes are presented beautifully and adhere to restaurant plating standards.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Report any shortages or quality issues to the Chef de Partie.
  • Kitchen Hygiene:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils and equipment.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
  • Menu Development:
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and special dishes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
