We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead and grow our business development efforts and xxperience in selling technology. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and overall business goals.
  • Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, including tracking performance and providing coaching for team members.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and client retention.
  • Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations, structuring deals, and managing key partnerships to drive business success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of business development strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide actionable insights and adapt business development strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on key performance metrics, sales performance, and business development activities to senior leadership. Provide regular forecasts and updates on pipeline status.
