POS Feature Exploration & Management

  • Oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of ERP systems.
  • Ensure the ERP supports finance, supply chain, and retail operations effectively.
  • Work closely with business users to enhance ERP functionality based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for system updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Business & Technology Alignment

  • Ensure that enterprise systems align with business goals and operational needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, IT, and retail teams.
  • Develop and enforce system policies, security measures, and best practices.
