Jobs Responsibilities:  Take charge of various brands of Automotive Parts Department.  Drive for the Automotive Parts Departments performance.  Plan regular cycle and periodic stock count to ensure stock ac  To study price policy for parts and accessories for local, export and government tender.  To monitor staff performance for the parts procurement, counter-sales, warehouse and parts admin teams.  Plan regular cycle and periodic stock count to ensure stock accuracy and corrective actions taken to rectify the errors on a timely basis.  Monitor on stock KPI such as Service Level, Stock Rate and Dealers Credit collection.  Propose to the Management in determine the parts pricing based on the market feedback.  To determine local and oversea business transaction.  Provide excellent support for internal and external customer (Parts Stockiest) satisfaction.  Handling and managing customer's stockiest/parts complaints and customer satisfaction.  Review the Parts Dealers / Stockiest performance from time to time.  Build good rapport and relationship with the vendors and suppliers.  Set up and enhance Standard Operating Procedure to tighten the control and monitoring of the daily operation activities in the Automotive Parts Department.  Manage and Control the Parts Department’s daily operating activities.  Experienced in managing and increasing sales performance and revenue of the Parts Department is an added advantage. Jobs Requirements:  Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any related field.  Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field. Supervisor or managerial level is an added advantage.  Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin and able to converse in various local dialects would be and added advantage.  Experience in the Automotive Industry is an advantage  Good supervision, leadership, and interpersonal skills.  Able to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.  Customer focus, high integrity team working analytical and independent.  Ability in providing solutions and justifiable decision making.  Results - oriented and aggressive.
