  • Prepare offer letters, negotiate and follow up with candidates, onboard new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts.
  • Issue letters (e.g., warning letters, memos, salary increment letters, confirmation letters).
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Handle work pass/employment pass applications (Singapore).
  • Manage employee motivation and grievance handling.
  • Oversee payroll and exit interviews.
  • Ensure employment contracts, offer letters, employee handbooks, and performance review forms are up to date.
  • Manage employee leave & claims.
  • Calculate monthly overtime.
  • Monitor employee attendance daily.
  • Prepare manpower costing reports.
  • Arrange training/courses.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Available immediately or on short notice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Experience handling Singapore Work pass/employment pass applications is a bonus.
  • Work location: Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.
