- Prepare offer letters, negotiate and follow up with candidates, onboard new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts.
- Issue letters (e.g., warning letters, memos, salary increment letters, confirmation letters).
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Handle work pass/employment pass applications (Singapore).
- Manage employee motivation and grievance handling.
- Oversee payroll and exit interviews.
- Ensure employment contracts, offer letters, employee handbooks, and performance review forms are up to date.
- Manage employee leave & claims.
- Calculate monthly overtime.
- Monitor employee attendance daily.
- Prepare manpower costing reports.
- Arrange training/courses.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Available immediately or on short notice.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience handling Singapore Work pass/employment pass applications is a bonus.
- Work location: Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.
